Me + Vests <3
DESIGN BRIEF (MAKE 10 CLASS)
Design and manufacture 10 identical products to sell at the Georgia tech Industrial Design Student Showcase (Launchpad). Products should be designed to be manufactured in the most efficient way possible.
I took this class as an opportunity to explore a field of design I’ve always been interested in, but never had the chance to actually dive into. Over the span of 4 months, I created a brand, designed a modular vest, and made 10 of them to sell. In One ended up selling out and winning second place for Best Product :)

CONCEPT
Modular Clothing and Sustainability
By designing clothing thats adaptable to different weather conditions/can be worn several ways, I can encourage users to own less outerwear garments and decrease clothing waste.
Gender Fluid, Not Unisex
Inclusivity and the freedom to shop across gendered categories is a growing trend within Gen-Z shoppers. However, many attempts to create uni-sex clothing has been criticized as dull and lacking in authenticity due to their shapeless and minimalistic designs. By allowing users to style the clothing piece in any way they want, they have the freedom to express themselves how THEY want regardless of gender boundaries.
